I am a graduate of The University of Southern California with a focus on Community Organizing, but soon realized that clients found tremendous healing and validation in my counseling techniques. I have often been described as colorful and dynamic in my approach to healing from trauma. This, coupled with my clinical background, is where I feel my magic and passion truly bloom. For many years, thousands of people have enjoyed the warmth, humor and transforming power of my life coaching skills.
Most of my energy is dedicated to empowering countless people from several countries through audio, video and life coaching programs. I have continued to strive and create the most comprehensive narcissistic abuse recovery life-coaching program and am tirelessly working to help those that have been abused.
I am a founder of The Rockland County Pride Center and a Board Member for The Center for Safety and Change. My diligent focus on helping the disenfranchised is a mission that I work tirelessly toward, especially when it is related to women’s issues.
Recently, I ran the entire state of New York (285 miles) in a wedding dress to raise awareness for narcissistic abuse and raised tens of thousands of dollars to help victims associated with narcissistic abuse on their path to recovery
