The trauma may not end for you there. You may also have experienced that the people around you that you share your experience with may not understand you or don't believe what has happened causing additional trauma of not being seen, heard or believed. A life-coach can help you remove yourself from the situation, identify what has happened to you, and help you to build your self-esteem up and gain sovereignty.

how tell a life coach help?

People who have been in a relationship with a narcissist understand and know it is very hard for people who have not experienced narcissistic abuse to understand what you are telling them. Many of our clients feel they are not able to find the help or support they need because unless someone has walked in their shoes, they cannot relate to what they have gone through. Some look for lifelines through a therapist or a coach because it can feel like you are describing seeing an alien when you talk about this insidious form of domestic violence.  Being amongst survivors is the best way to heal because of the tremendous validation you will feel.

YOU WILL HEAL AND BE BETTER THAN EVER!
